Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for BeigeCRM subscriptions.

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made on the BeigeCRM platform (https://beigecrm.com), operated by LEVITATION INFOTECH LLP. By making a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

Free Trial

BeigeCRM may offer free trial periods for new users. Free trials do not require payment information and no charges are incurred during the trial period. No refund is applicable for free trials. Upon expiry of the free trial, if you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your account may be downgraded to a limited free tier or your data may be scheduled for deletion after a reasonable notice period. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain before the trial expires.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at help@beigecrm.com. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). • You will continue to have full access to the Platform and all paid features until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused time remaining within a billing period. • After cancellation takes effect, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be restricted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only within 7 days of your first paid subscription purchase, and only under the following circumstances: (a) The Services are materially different from what was described on the Platform at the time of purchase; or (b) A critical defect or technical issue prevents normal use of the Platform, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe after being notified. Refunds are NOT available in the following cases: • Renewal charges (monthly or annual) — it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date • Plan downgrades — switching to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a refund of the difference • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with non-defective features • Failure to cancel your subscription before an automatic renewal • Unused features or underutilization of the Platform • Issues arising from third-party services integrated with BeigeCRM (e.g., Twilio calling charges, email provider issues, payment gateway fees) • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination • Purchases made more than 7 days ago

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at help@beigecrm.com with the following information: • The email address associated with your BeigeCRM account • Transaction ID or payment reference number • Date of purchase • Detailed reason for the refund request We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 5 business days. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of LEVITATION INFOTECH LLP. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to evaluate your request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. • Processing time: 5-10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. • Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for any usage of paid features during the refund period. • Any applicable taxes or processing fees that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the refund amount. • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us at help@beigecrm.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to: • Immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform • Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation • Recover any costs associated with the chargeback process • Pursue any available legal remedies Filing a fraudulent chargeback is a violation of our Terms of Service and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. The current version of this Refund Policy will always be available at https://beigecrm.com/refund-policy. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
